Students enrolled in the Graduation Project course are required to present their projects in the form of a poster, video, and report for the purpose of showcasing their work at the exhibition.
- Posters must be prepared using the official project poster template.
- The poster must be A2 size (42 cm × 59.4 cm), portrait orientation, and must receive supervisor approval before printing.
- The poster content (Introduction, Method, Experimental Work, Conclusion) must be arranged by the student to suit their own project.
- The template follows a two-column layout; content must be explained in text and supported with visuals.
- The poster must include: problem definition, methods and technologies used, the applied solution or approach, and the obtained results.
📄 Report
- The report must comply with TÜBİTAK 2209 standards.

🎬 Video
- A video demonstrating the project work and its presentation must be prepared.
- The video must be no longer than 3 minutes.
📬 Submission
- The project title, abstract, poster, video, and report documents must be uploaded to https://seniorprojects.karabuk.edu.tr no later than June 11, 2026.
- The project submission and presentation processes must be carried out in coordination between students and their supervisors.
⚠️ Since the exhibition will affect the end-of-semester grading of the Graduation Project course, all students are expected to complete all required preparations without exception.
