Attention to students who will take Senior Projects courses
Students who will take the Senior Project course for the first time or who wish to change their supervisor are required to complete the Senior Project Approval Form provided below. Students must, one semester before taking the course, reach an agreement with the faculty member they wish to work with, complete the form, and submit it to the selected supervisor and the teaching assistant responsible for course registration.
The forms must be submitted after the midterm exams and before the final exam period of the preceding semester.
Students who have not yet identified a faculty member for their Senior Project must complete the relevant sections of the form and submit it to the teaching assistant responsible for course registration.
Form Submission Dates

Start date: The form can be submitted from the end date of the mid-term exams.

Final submission date: The start date of the final exams.
