About the 2025-2026 Summer School Final Examination Schedule
📢 Important Note:
The exam schedule may be updated during the process due to potential conflicts. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to check the exam schedule regularly every day.

It is important to pay attention to the following points during the exam process:

  • Follow-up: Follow the Faculty/Department websites and the OBS system daily for updates.
  • Application: All exams will be held face-to-face and proctored in our Faculty.
  • Preparation: Please be present in the relevant classroom 15 minutes before the exam for identity check and seating arrangement.
⚠️ Critical Warning:
Students must pay attention to the course name, section, and especially the instructor they are taking the course from. Every student is obliged to take the exam in the classroom assigned to the instructor from whom they are taking the course. The exams of students who take the exam in classrooms belonging to a different program or instructor will be considered invalid, and their objections will not be taken into account.
📝 Exam Application and Responsibility Rules:
For the regular conduct of the exams, the following rules must be strictly followed:
  • Proctor Warnings: It is mandatory to follow all the warnings of the proctors during the exam. Action will be taken against those who act otherwise within the scope of the legislation.
  • Smart Device Ban: Entering the exam with a mobile phone and smart watch/wristband is strictly forbidden.
  • Identity Requirement: It is mandatory to bring a T.R. Identity Card (or Residence Permit Card) to the exam and keep it visible on the desk during the exam. Requests to show identity via a phone screen will strictly not be accepted.
  • Use of Ballpoint Pen: Name-surname, student number, and signature areas must be filled with a ballpoint pen. Since they have the status of official documents, all documents must be signed with a permanent ink pen.
