Summer School - Taking Courses at Another Higher Education Institution
This form has been created for the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Computer and Informatics Sciences.
 
In accordance with Article 12 of the Summer School Directive, students who wish to take courses from other higher education institutions must pay attention to the following points:
 
a) To be eligible to apply, the course you wish to enroll in must not be offered in KBÜ's summer school.
b) The base admission score of the relevant department at the institution where you wish to take the course must be equal to or higher than the base score of the program you were placed into at KBÜ in the year of your enrollment (YKS, TYT, DGS, etc.).
c) For each course, you are required to upload the 14-week course content list to the form. Applications without the required document will not be considered.
d) Applications can be submitted for a maximum of 5 courses, not exceeding 20 hours in total.
e) Your application will be reviewed by the department chair in terms of course content compatibility/adequacy, and an equivalency decision will be made. Course registration must not be made without prior approval.
f) At the end of the summer school, you are required to submit the approved transcript of the courses you have taken, along with a petition, to the Department Chair.
